Becoming Real
Course Description: The Children's Classic story book, The Velveteen Rabbit, by Margery Williams will be discussed in this 3-week course. Have fun as you learn how you can become Real with yourself, Real with your hopes and dreams, and Real with the people you love. Become the Real person you were meant to be!

When: 3-weeks--Tuesdays--February 7, 14, 21 (Must be present for all three wks.)
Time: 10:00-12:00 noon

Fuel Your Metabolism
Course Description: Feeling sluggish after the holidays?
Ever wonder why most diet plans are ineffective over time?
In this innovative class, we will fire up & explore proven methods to burn fat around the clock, which includes more than just diet and exercise. Over a three week span we'll discover ways to optimize 10 key ideas for increased energy, motivation, relaxation, metabolism spike, optimal times for food consumption, and brief but powerful workouts. Each session will end with a 20 to 30 minute meditation.
