Dr. Jo Ruddy is a metaphysician and the founder of Counseling Concepts. She specializes in Metaphysical approaches to healing, including: Holistic Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psych-K, Reiki, DNA Reactivation, Theta Healing, Four-Level Core Belief Repatterning, and other forms of energy practice, 

Jo specializes in the study of the unconscious where all emotions, memories, and addictive patterns are held. Jo has 27 years of experience in the helping professions. Her solution-focused motivational orientation enhances her ability to hone in on core issues. With her deep compassion, wisdom, and humor, her technique is the art of imparting the ability to guide individuals toward empowerment.

Through Metaphysical teaching and Experiential practice, she assists clients so they can heal and begin living a more authentic life. Jo's credentials include a Master of Counseling degree and a PhD in Philosophy of Religion. In addition, Jo is currently a doctoral candidate earning her second doctorate in Metaphysical Sciences. Jo is a certified NLP practitioner, a certified Hypnotherapist, a certified Reiki Practitioner,  a certified DNA Practitioner, a certified Medical Intuitive, a Psych-K practitioner, and a certified Holistic Life Coach. Moreover, Jo is an active advocate for the LGBT community; a member of the Arizona Kidney Foundation; a member of the Association of Holistic Practitioners; the International Association of Coaches and Mentors; and a member of the Theosophical Society.

Jodi Hardy's experience in the helping professions has comprised of 25+ years. Her experience has taught her to move toward a more transformational, holistic approach for effective healing. She received her first Master's degree from the University of Arizona in English and Linguistics, and a Master's degree in Counseling from Liberty University in Virginia. In Addition, she received her hypnotherapy certification from the Wellness Institute in Issaquah, WA. and is also a certified NLP practitioner.
Moreover, she is a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. Jodi's experience has included working with foreign language students at Pima Community College for eleven years and as a psychoeducational therapist at two major treatment centers for more than seven years here in Tucson. Throughout her practice, Jodi has discovered the power of utilizing the unconscious mind in the process of healing. As a result, she now uses holistic modalities as a conduit to healing.
